Would you like to return or exchange an item? You can easily request a return through our customer portal.

Returns can be requested within 14 days of receiving the goods.

How to return:

1. Open our customer portal and log in with the email address you used for your order.
2. Select the corresponding order and the item you wish to return.
3. Submit your return request.
4. After reviewing your request, we will provide you with a return label.
